Anyway, let's get into it:

14/12/23 - Day 309: Sunshine Coast

  • Casey went out for Breakfast with Maddy and Gemma.
  • I had a swim.
  • We all went and visited Grandma.
  • Then we took Demi and Bill to Lunch.
  • Bill is my niece. Her name is Wihelmina. She will be known as Bill.
  • Casey was nearly vomited on. Very funny.
  • Went and saw the boys and got some keys for house sitting.
  • Then Casey did some dancing in the evening.

15/12/23 - Day 310: Gold Coast

  • Packed up again and headed down the Coast.
  • To Broadbeach.
  • Cool classic Gold Coast hotel around a pool.
  • Chilled for the day.
  • Beach.
  • Then in the evening went over to the Star Casino to watch the Australian Pole Championships.
  • Casey not competing. Bit of a gee up. It’s a competition built around a personality cult of the woman running it. But good to watch.
  • Had dinner in the Casino prior.
  • In between Casey flitting around the Casino catching up with every pole dancer in existence…

16/12/23 - Day 311: Gold Coast

  • Had some coffees at the Broadbeach Surf Club which is where the usual ‘post pole dancing competition’ workshops were being held.
  • I took the car when the workshops got started.
  • Beach.
  • Vegged for a while.
  • Then went and met Sax for lunch around Palm Beach.
  • Had Mexican.
  • Was good.
  • Better than Mexico…
  • In the afternoon I had a walk along the coastal path before picking up Casey.
  • Then back to our hotel to chill out for a bit. Got some burritos delivered.
  • Casey actually then went and met up with a coupe of pole chicks for a little while where they were having dinner.
  • Our ’Pink Flamingo’ show wasn’t Until 2200.
  • Which we eventually went and parked up for.
  • It was fantastic, as usual.
  • We make sure to sit front row. May as well.
  • Got some snacks on the way home.
  • Sleeps.

17/12/23 - Day 312: Gold Coast - Toowoomba - Sunshine Coast

  • Casey had some more workshops in the morning.
  • So we checked out before heading over to the Surf Club.
  • I chilled for a little while. Becuase Casey wasn’t staying too long.
  • Because we had to head up to Toowoomba where Casey was judging at another Pole Dancing Competition.
  • Up the range we go.
  • To ‘The Vault’ in the Main Street. It’s a nice looking strip club.
  • So we all piled in on a Sunday afternoon.
  • I sat up the back.
  • Casey did a guest performance.
  • Then we ended up heading back down the range by 1730.
  • Got some snacks on the way.
  • Then did the drive back up to the Sunshine Coast.
  • To start some housesitting.

18/12/23 - Day 313: Sunshine Coast

  • Beach.
  • Breakfast.
  • Did our first grocery shopping for….the year….sort of.
  • Casey went and did some training.
  • I tried to spot some tricks - did NOT get kicked in the face.
  • Then we went out for dinner with Dan and Sally.

19/12/23 - Day 314: Sunshine Coast

  • Slow days.
  • Pancakes.
  • Lay around a pool.
  • All day.
  • Air conditioning.
  • Prime - new ‘Reacher’ series.
  • Casey went and did some Aerials.
  • While I went for some family dinner.
  • Cooked up some bacon and eggs for Casey’s dinner later in the night.

20/12/23 - Day 315: Sunshine Coast

  • Literally more pancakes.
  • More pool.
  • Casey taught a workshop in the evening.
