30/11/23 - Day 295: Hanging around Home

  • Casey did some training in South Brisbane.
  • I had a look at the River.
  • Family dinner in the evening.

1/12/23 - Day 296: Down the Coast

  • Left Casey’s Grandma’s place.
  • Headed down the coast.
  • Casey did some training on the coast.
  • Had a walk along the beach.
  • Met Diana and Sasha for dinner in Burleigh.
  • Drove up on to the range to check into a little cabin.

2/12/23 - Day 297: Raja and Lou’s Wedding

  • Woke up and had breakfast at the cafe attached to the cabins.
  • Chilled around, read books, watched the cows.
  • Then got ready for the wedding.
  • Drove around in to the Numimbah valley.
  • Amazing venue.
  • Raja and Lou looked amazing.
  • Very fun night.

3/12/23 - Day 298: Gold Coast

  • Sleep in.
  • Breakfast at the cafe.
  • Watched the cows.
  • Then down the range to the beach.
  • Payed around on Burleigh.
  • Then wandered up and grabbed some dumplings for a late lunch.
  • And some snacks for the cabin.
  • Drove back up the range.

4/12/23 - Day 299: Gold Coast to Broken Head

  • Checked out of the cabin.
  • Had a big breakky before leaving.
  • Drove down in to the Gold Coast.
  • Casey had a private lesson in Bundall.
  • Then down to Broken Head.
  • Visited Byron Bay along the way……hippies….hippies everywhere…

5/12/23 - Day 300: Broken Head

  • Chilled at the beach.
  • Had lunch around at Lennox Head.
  • Casey trained pole with Eliza in the evening.

6/12/23 - Day 301: Drive to Sydney

  • Breakfast at the cafe van at Broken Head caravan park.
  • Then the drive.
  • Pretty easy.
  • The drive through the national parks to the north of Sydney is quite nice.
  • To Craig and Milly’s place.
  • Then…The Hayberry for dins.
